Foundation Training is designed for women who want professional guidance and a structured approach to improving their fitness. This program focuses on building strength, improving mobility, and developing sustainable training habits.

You’ll receive a customized strength program tailored to your current fitness level and long-term goals, along with expert coaching to ensure proper form, injury prevention, and steady progress.

Includes:

• 1 personal training session per week (4 sessions per month) — virtual or in person
• Customized strength and conditioning program
• Coaching on form, mobility, and safe movement patterns
• Progress tracking and accountability

$199/month · 3-month commitment
$25 one-time joining fee
